When signed out of your account, tap on the "Sign Up" icon on the bottom app menu. Then on the next screen tap on the text "Already a Member? Sign In":
Enter your email address and then tap on "Reset Password' at the bottom of your screen:
After tapping "Reset Password" you will see this screen:
You should receive an e-mail that looks like this in your inbox:
If you are not receiving the e-mail, check your spam inbox before contacting our customer support team (email@example.com).
Please note that the reset link in the email is only valid for 24 hours after it's sent to you. If you're unable to reset password within 1 day please request a new password reset link.
